To get an Agent you should Google Talent Agents for your area and look at the websites and see if there is any instructions on submissions. Most Agents ask to be emailed with a picture and experience or skills you have plus if you have any acting courses or workshops. If the Agent is interested in you they will contact you with the info you provided and ask to see you Audition for them and see how you are in front of a camera and your personality. Good Luck!
